Please log into my.emsisoft.com with your email address and your password.

Should you not know your password anymore, you can click on “Forgot password” and you will receive an email with a link to reset it.

Once logged in, please click “Workspaces” from the column to the left. A Window will pop up suggesting a Workspace name. You can accept that name or change it to another one. Workspace names need to be unique and can contain only letters and numbers and some punctuation such as parentheses. Since other users might use the same one already, we suggest that you go with the Workspace name that is automatically suggested.

Most will want to leave it on ‘Local & Remote’. ‘Local only’ means you cannot manage your installation(s) from the MyEmsisoft portal, and ‘Remote only’ means you can only interact with Emsisoft Anti-Malware from the MyEmsisoft portal.

Next, click “Create”

You will then see the screen below to import and assign your personal license to the Workspace. Should you have more than one license key, you can choose which one you want to import in the next step. You can later create other Workspaces for you other license keys. One Workspace can only have one license key associated with it.

Click on “Re-assign a license with this Workspace”.

Choose your license and click “Re-assign now”.

Subscription licenses:

If you have a subscription, then you will see this:

You can also cancel your auto-renewal or re-enable it (depending on the payment method) and you can check and update/change your current payment info by clicking on: Update payment info.

Non Subscription licenses (provided exclusively by resellers):

If you click on Settings on the left, you will see this Window:

You can see your license number and expiry date, re enable and disable auto renewal, renew your license, add seats to your existing license, change the term, upgrade to a different product, delete a Workspace and more. If you delete a Workspace, the license goes back to Personal Licenses which can be found in the top left corner.

You can manage all your computers in the online Emsisoft Management Console.
