- Download and run/open TeamViewer QuickSupport version 11 from this link.
- When TeamViewer opens, it will give you an ID and Password.
- Leave TeamViewer running, and send the ID and Password to the support representative who asked you to run TeamViewer.
- Wait for the support representative to connect.
